Major mechanical protection
The Limited Warranty applies to major mechanical failures occurring during the 365-day Warranty Period.

- Engine — internal lubricated components
- Transmission & drivetrain — gears, shafts, bearings
- Hydraulic systems — main pumps, primary valves, cylinders
- Differential and axle internals
- Major electrical — alternator, starter, ECM
✗ Not Covered
- Accidents, collisions, misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules
- Normal wear and consumable components (filters, belts, fluids, tires)
- Cosmetic or non-functional defects
- Pre-existing conditions disclosed at delivery
Simple 3-step process
Send Written Notice
Email or call us within the 365-day Warranty Period. Describe the issue and include photos or video if possible.
Inspection
We will arrange a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle and determine whether the defect is covered.
Repair
At our discretion we repair or arrange repair of covered defects. You're back to work as fast as possible.

Vehicle Limited Warranty Agreement

1. Limited Warranty Period
Seller provides a limited warranty (the "Limited Warranty") for a period of 365 days from the date Buyer takes delivery of the vehicle (the "Warranty Period").
2. Warranty Coverage
Subject to the terms herein, the Limited Warranty applies solely to major mechanical failures that occur during the Warranty Period and are not the result of misuse, neglect, or excluded conditions. Seller shall, at its sole discretion, repair or arrange for repair of covered defects.
3. Exclusions
The Limited Warranty does not apply to and shall be void with respect to any damage or failure resulting from:
- (a) accidents, collisions, misuse, abuse, or negligence;
- (b) unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications;
- (c) failure to follow recommended maintenance or operating procedures;
- (d) operation outside normal or intended use;
- (e) normal wear and tear or consumable components;
- (f) cosmetic or non-functional defects; or
- (g) conditions existing prior to delivery.
4. Claim Procedure
To make a claim, Buyer must provide written notice to Seller within the Warranty Period describing the alleged defect. Buyer shall provide Seller a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle and determine the appropriate remedy.
5. Seller's Rights and Remedies
Seller reserves the sole right to determine whether a defect is covered under this Limited Warranty and to select the method of repair or correction.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, revenue, or profits.
7. Disclaimer of Other Warranties
Except as expressly provided herein, Seller disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Common questions
Your 365-day Warranty Period begins the day you take delivery of the vehicle, confirmed by delivery documentation or written acknowledgment.
Internal lubricated components of the engine, transmission, differential, primary hydraulic system, and major electrical (alternator, starter, ECM). Wear items like filters, belts, and tires are not covered.
No deductible. Seller covers covered repair costs. You're responsible only for transport to an inspection or repair location if arranged.
Seller reserves the right to determine the repair method and shop. Unauthorized repairs void coverage. Always contact us first.
The Limited Warranty is between Seller and the original Buyer. It does not transfer to subsequent owners unless agreed in writing.
