The vehicle must be returned without material damage, alteration, or modification — essentially the same as when it left our yard.
Usage cap: 1,000 miles added
The vehicle cannot have accumulated more than 1,000 miles beyond the recorded usage at delivery. Use it on a job to evaluate — just keep it within the cap.

Buy-Back Guarantee Agreement

1. Buy-Back Period
Seller grants Buyer a limited right to require Seller to repurchase the vehicles (the "Buy-Back Right") for a period of 30 calendar days following Buyer's receipt of the vehicle, as evidenced by delivery documentation or written acknowledgment of receipt (the "Buy-Back Period").
2. Exercise of Buy-Back Right
Buyer may exercise the Buy-Back Right by providing written notice to Seller within the Buy-Back Period. Such notice may be delivered via email or certified mail and shall clearly state Buyer's intent to return the vehicle.
3. Condition of Return
As a condition of repurchase, the vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered, without material damage, alteration, or modification, and must not have accumulated more than 1,000 miles beyond the recorded usage at delivery.
4. Return and Transportation
Seller shall be responsible for reasonable return transportation costs, provided that shipment is coordinated through a carrier designated or approved by Seller. If Buyer elects to arrange transportation independently, Seller may, at its discretion, decline responsibility for such costs.
5. Inspection and Acceptance
Upon return, Seller shall inspect the vehicle to confirm compliance with the conditions set forth herein. Seller's obligation to repurchase is contingent upon such compliance.
6. Refund of Purchase Price
Following inspection and confirmation of compliance, Seller shall remit to Buyer the full original purchase price within 48 hours. Refund shall be made using the same method of payment originally used by Buyer (wire transfer or ACH).
